There are not a lot of rules as long as the participants are able to consent and do so
Transparency is required to gain consent so this church will be transparent
The goal is to create imperfect but better systems of care that have earned people's respect and faith
Not require faithful obedience for some future reward
It is going to take time and effort to build that
